We actively scan and search the internet for possible violators, we can easily verify whether someone using our program has the legal right to do so, we may also receive an email inquiry concerning someone using the program, and we also may be party to or undertake local, national and international investigations and inquiries. In addition, upon violation we may notify the violator's isp and web hosting service of the U.S. copyright (or international intellectual property) infringement and request that the internet service provider cancel the subscriber's internet access, email accounts, etc. and request the web hosting company to immediately remove and delete the infringing website from the internet.
