Certified Life Purpose Consultants
Consultant/Program Administrator must be at least 21 years of age
Each consultant/program administrator must be authorized and certified directly by the Life Purpose Program (or its founder) to use the Life Purpose Program and its supplied materials
Life Purpose Program and materials are copyrighted. Consultant/program administrator has permission to reproduce/copy the program but may not alter or change it in any way
Only the person or organization directly authorized and certified by the Life Purpose Program may implement and/or administer the program to others
Consultant/program administrator is non-exclusive to any physical location and may administer the program physically in any other area which may be appropriate. i.e. you go somewhere on vacation or take a cruise; yes, everyone in the area or on board the ship is a potential client of yours
Consultant/program administrator is free to set his/her own price/fee for administering the Life Purpose Program to their clients (suggested range is $20-$40 per person)
Consultant or program administrator is not an employeee, independent contractor or representative of the Life Purpose Program and shall not act in any capacity other than as self-employed authorized licensee of intellectual property and/or copyrighted materials
Our consultants/program administrators may not offer or render medical, legal, financial, psychological or other licensable advice or services to clients (unless consultant/program administrator is previously qualified and/or licensed to do so)
Taxes are the responsibility of each consultant/program administrator
Consultant/program administrator may not use, copy, reproduce or re-publish Life Purpose Program, in whole or in part, except to use in face-to-face live program presentations. Consultant/program administrator may not market or administer or resell the program via the internet
Use of program and materials is subject to consultant's/program administrator's local, state, federal laws. In addition, consultant's/program administrator's use of program and materials shall be governed by rules set forth by the Life Purpose Program
Consultant/program administrator actions or practices which are deemed inappropriate by the Life Purpose Program may result in, without recourse, the immediate suspension or cancellation of consultant's/program administrator's certification and revocation of permission to use copyrighted program and/or materials
Terms, conditions, policies, fees, donations, etc as relates to the Life Purpose Program are subject to change without notice.
Life Purpose Programs are deemed solely philosophical and/or free speech opinion(s), and, as such, its publishers and/or copyright holders shall not be held liable for actions or results of others using the Life Purpose Program and/or related materials
